Acacia prior art - anyone actually ask their lawyers yet?

I know when this came out a few people said they were taking this information to their lawyers to see what they say...

.....so what are their responses?

This definately has potential to kill acacia, but I'd really like to hear a professionals opinion on this one.

I remember reading about someone here who DID take the packet to their lawyer. Lawyer said it was bull shit and sent back a nasty letter. Said person never heard back from ACACIA.

Seems way too simple though.
