while i would like to note, that in the american military it is almost unheard of to find a jew that stays in for more than 4 years and even so theres only like 1 per company/unit, which always led me to believe they were either 1. too richto worry about dieing, 2. too smart to worry about dieing, 3. too scared to fight for their way of life...

I only had a couple other jews in my battery / battalion in Germany that I knew of.

When I went to services on some fridays there would be like 50-80 people there, not a ton compared to Catholic, Christian, etc.

Our Rabbi, a Major had been in for like 14 yrs or something. I am sure he is long retired by now.
