The stablity of Windows Server 2003 blows everything else away.

Just wondering, what's you're Operating System of choice ytc? My friend is runing 2k3 it's sure alot better than XP, but I havn't experianced 2k3 myself.

lol, same here... have 2k again on my box.
I still hate the XP look (you can disable it though) but you have to click through hundreds of menus to disable all the 'contact microsoft server' shit. Besides that it even didn't recognize all my network cards. Don't mention the other hardware.

Then I tried to install a few lil progs... like defragmenter, firewall and anti virus prog. Sucks.. these shitty progs don't run on a server OS... and I don't want to buy an anti virus solution for $500+

Windows 2003 is a fucking server not a desktop....and it does not crash.

windows 2003 exchange and office are EXCELLENT..... awesome i must say.... our whole office is reliant on win2k3 exchange.... (with backup of course)....

we installed Longhorn on one of the machines and i gotta tell ya, it looks pretty fucking sweet... i havent taken the time to find out functionality-wise, what improvements it has on the current XP, but will soon.... much more cutting edge look and feel to it though...
