Cologroup Fiasco. Working to fix the situation...
 

Our intentions were to open a large offshore mailing solution that we could house alot of people in to protect them from the problems of mailing in north america.

Some people ask, why not just spam yourself, you have all the resources. Your right, we do. But the plan was to have huge amounts of recurring income from offshore mail hosting, the type of income you can kick back and let the techs deal with the problems, not have to load mails, find things to mail, etc.

We took orders, network was setup and everything looked green--light to go. Shipped off a few extra servers as well for backup. Also had 7 spare servers coming up to handle the excessive amount of orders. The problem we ran into is when everything was ready to be lite up, the guys wanted even MORE money for setup costs, and working on the weekend and late hours of the night. In the sums of thousands of dollars. So we were alright with it, their claims were justifiable. We had a certain amount in the paypal and were about to paypal them, when one of the customers got edgy after waiting and pulled the paypal back, there for taking the money for the facility. Now we were left in a pretty interesting position, we assured everybody lite up would be that day GUARANTEED, and everything looked on schedule until that problem. Now we are working to get the money to them by wire, but they want even more money for the delay, and we feel we are getting scammed as well. So we're considering moving to a different network or going through and wireing them more money.

To clear things up...

If we owe money to you, or services, or i personaly owe you money or services. I am willing to work it out and pay it back. Ofcourse this isn't going to happen overnight, but i am willing to make light of the situation to make you all happy.

So if you can wait for services to come up, let me know

if not, then we will work out a deal to refund your money.

And, we are willing to work out payment arrangements and get everybody settled out. Its not like we didn't lose anything, we risk loseing thousands of dollars and servers.

Our only backfall was taking orders before everything was ready to go with a massive amount of customers.

I'd also like to note i am retireing from the adult business, and no thats not bullshit.

I have been ventureing into non adult markets in the past few months and they seem to be much more profitable, and i am simply getting bored of looking at porn all day. There is no magic or feeling of accomplishment working in the business anymore...nothing new, nothing changes :) I have made truck loads of money in the business since 1996. But the business dosen't attract me anymore, i've covered all areas of it.

So i am going to take care of who needs to be taken care of, and...it's been fun :)

I'm glad I got out then and never looked back regardless of how low they were willing to go.
