Fucking hilarious. I pray that doesn't happen here anytime soon.

Was thinking about going to Germany next summer with some friends. WWII always fascinated me, especially the Nazi's and concentration camps. I thought the museums and stuff would be great. Apparently all of the Swastikas have been removed from anything and everything. Bummer.

I don´t know which one of both is more fucked up. The dog owner or the person that ordered his prison...

Ah. In museums, absolutely. But, I would be a tourist so it's a little different. Making it illegal (it is, isn't it?) is a bit overboard though.

For the same reason we keep American flags despite what happened to the Natives. For the same reason we still see Soviet flags despite the crimes committed by their regime. By removing and banning swastikas (and anything related to the Nazi regime), you're essentially trying to erase part of history. Everyone should have the right to say, write or display anything, even if you or I find it offensive.

We also taught our dog to raise its right paw.

She does it when she wants a treat better not let the US govnt find out about that, just think, hundreds of thousands of dog owners across the country could all be improsoned for having dogs capable of doing a nazi salute :Graucho
