Anyone Ever Fought A Chargeback & Won?
 

If you fought someone for doing a chargeback to your site and won please post here how you did it.

When I was in the restaurant business we won all the chargeback fights. It was easy, just dig out the signed reciept and send it to the bank.

I just got a charge back for 4 months ago on a 900# .. I tried to fight it and lost

NO.

Even with a UPS signature and emails from the guy that our stuff was great.

Bank has no interest to defend you if you do not have a signature.

cybercat has won everyone they fought........

but they've only had about 3 in 4-5 years...........

If you can get the reason off of the no signature you have a shot. I did phone sales and we won a few where they claimed no delivery of goods but that is it.

Just a heads up but they get a signed invoice.
