you have to have content that is continuously being updated and try to keep as many things archived as possible and easy to find

most importantly pay on time every time

good point on time payments is one of the most important things

has to have pps, as long as the payouts are near industry average i will look at it, i personally prefer free trials as well.

reputation also has a lot to do with it.

a free trial and a big pps payout.. sounds too good to be true without the shaving.

REPUTATION... however, this does not have to be built by having a long branding campaign. All you need to have a good rep is 1) to pay on time and reliably 2) great customer service 3) your tours CONVERT. The rest is word of mouth.

Also, having a webmaster ref program can help the word of mouth spread faster.

Unsaturated content, and updates!..nothing worse than seeing the same galleries or movies in the sponsors database that hasn't been updated in 2 months.

I prefer new sites with tight tours. Also helps to have good members area if its revshare.

Also #1 is someone who will get back to me with what I need within the hour. I hate waiting 3 days for a response.
