Does this mean if I don't pay the license fee one month that my license for all the content I have on my sites is terminated or does it mean that I just won't get updates on new images and if I want to start getting updates again I'd have to pay another $1500? Just wanted to find out :)

This means that if you dont pay the license fee then your license expires...however, if you want to start it up again, you would not have to pay anything but the monthly fee.

OR

You could pay for an annual license, which is cheaper and use it for the year and then renew. Regardless of which one you choose, you get ALL the updates as long as you pay for the license.

Think of it as a licensing a feed...the difference being that you are in possession of the content and are not locked into using it only the way the provider is delivering it.
