More of a dance/swanky/martini thing. Seville Quarter owns the military market around here. 6 bars in one. We just need a little piece of the pie for now. This is phase 1. We're looking at a strip club that's for sale as maybe phase 2.

And Pensacola is a Navy port. Didn't you ever watch JAG? LOL!

Also has one of the American Air Forces largest training and proving facilities.
