If you have alot of stored passwords to sponsors and such, you might want to find that file and back it up. I'd hate to have to go through my e-mail and find all THOSE again. :)

Those are the kinds of things that you should back up on a cd..
All of my registered software/serial numbers are burned on cd.. no worries should my hd crash..
