I see no way for them to ever turn a profit. If all they are doing is giving away sweetheart deals, and spending thousands on lawsuits, how can there ever be a profit.

When they start to try and get actual licenses (the 2% or whatever, past 'damages' etc) they are just going to meet stiffer resistance.

Even if impai somehow loses, whats to stop another group of adult sites to band together and form a new lawsuit, or some universities, mainstream companies etc.

Its neverending lawsuits and appeals. With 30 million in the bank, losing money fast, and nothing coming in, eventually the plug needs to be pulled and realize that this half assed extortion scheme just isnt going to work.

there is something smelly going on here for sure.
