Acacia is a publicly traded company and there's nothing more important to them than their stock price. So I think it's time that GFY's board whores joined the major financial message boards like Yahoo Finance, Fucked Company, Motley Fool, etc and put some fear into the hearts of the Acacia investors :Graucho

That outta go well in the stock holders meeting - I mean the idea that they are targetting and receiving dollars from the porn industry we could promote the fact that they hold the worlds largest patent on Streaming Media for Porn?!??!

that way the shareholders would be receiving money from the porn industry - something they would shudder to think of if their wives found out!!

exactly, by getting into ongoing licensing , they are essentially partnering up with porn sites.

This is amusing. I'd love to see industry people posting their candid opinions in public forums.

Acacia makes plenty of positive public claims in an effort to bolster their stock prices. Surely it is not illegal for GFY whores to offer their sincerely-held views that Acacia is doomed. What happened to the right to free speech?

As long as you were posting FACTUAL information and didn't add any colorful words, ya, wouldn't be slander.

I'll bet they would appreciate getting all the sides to the story, rather than just Acacia's PR, and the media's lack of coverage and focus on only articles that have titles like 'Patent on Porn'.

Seton Hall University recently got an information packet.. gee, they aren't a porn website.... i guess non-porn websites are affected as well.

Interesting foot note. ACTG is up 5% at this time. If they keep climbing like they have been they will bust the $7 mark very soon.

AFter talking to a patent attorney for four hours yesterday, his thoughts were to go ahead and publish prior art information for all to see.

Given Squirt's excellent video find, I have started a new page on the website where I will list all prior art finds, links, etc.. in order to help those that are deciding what they should do about acacia, to help in not having duplication of search efforts, and to just show the world that patents are bad only when prior art exists.. otherwise, patents are good things.
