What is your actual attitude to East European webmasters and programs, I mean Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian etc.?
PS: If you don't trust them, or something, suggest why, please.

I'd say CC in Russia is as common as snow in Argentina. Besides, theres no sense to have credit card for you if you are russian. Most biggest CC processors decline cards from Eastern Europe. CCbill, Ibill, Paycom, Verotel...

Send a Dialer to the foreigners then you do not have to worry about a CC...thats what I do. :1orglaugh
