We've bought another site and we have no plans to slow down. PR Release inside...

ATLANTA, October 9th, 2003 ? Consumption Junction, LLC. (CJ) a leading provider of traffic for the Adult Internet, today announced the completion of its acquisition of FreakHole.com only five months after acquiring SteakAndCheese.com. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

FreakHole.com has been in operation for over a year and a half and attracts 2,000,000 unique monthly visitors. With regular content updates and several functionality improvements this number is expected to double within 12 months. As with ConsumptionJunction.com, revenue will be generated by selling high-quality traffic to the adult industry. The company plans to change little in the design for now but run the advertisements and content more efficiently. ?In our business we truly have major economies of scale when acquiring additional sites. The more bandwidth we use the more we save on the other sites we operate. Additionally, we don?t need more staff to operate more sites.? ? Rick Latona President and CEO of Consumption Junction, LLC. ?To best describe why CJ purchased Freak Hole we?ll refer to their Alexa chart:?

http://www.bakeat350.com/freakholegraph.gif

?Over the past six months we?ve transformed the engine behind ConsumptionJunction.com into a centralized site management and deployment tool that can be used to assimilate sites into our network with minimal effort. .The process was perfected when we acquired SteakandCheese.com and converted the site to operate on this new engine.

With the acquisition of Freakhole.com we now have a network of over 10,000,000 monthly unique visitors. We offer the adult internet a truly unique source of traffic. ? ? Marc Womack COO of Consumption Junction, LLC.

?Well, it?s official,? says Paul Dinin, Editor Grande of Consumption Junction, LLC., ?between CJ, Steak and Cheese, and now Freak Hole, we are the cause of more wasted computer time than Minesweeper. And FreeCell better watch its ass.?

This acquisition is the second of three planned for 2003 as Consumption Junction continues to expand its presence in the market. The company is actively seeking all sizes and types of adult entertainment companies to partner with in the coming year. "Just wait to see what we have in store for 2004", said Rick Latona, President and CEO of Consumption Junction, LLC., "Traffic, Traffic, Traffic? We don?t have enough yet!"

Thank you. We are interested in buying any sites that get over 1,000,000 unique visitors in month and is on an upward curve.

seems like a good volume business. I ran some tasteless humor sites in the past and it was way too many kids and people just raping bandwidth looking at free stuff. Very unfiltered traffic. But with volume definitely a good thing. I dont get too impressed by the traffic numbers because I know alot of the traffic on these type of sites is garbage.

It definately requires volume. Most of our visitors are free loaders but when someone does click on a banner they are interested in the value proposition. We find that we get low click through rates but very high conversion rates.

You've got to have a lot of automation and a shit load of bandwidth to make this business model work.

Juicyjew you need to license with Guido Inc to use the patented term "Juicy" Sunkist and Tropicana have signed already where shall i send the packet?

jason420 10-13-2003 09:29 AM

Lots of college traffic? College boys don't convert and when they do for the most part, they chargeback. Some sites prevent .edu addresses from joining too.

You guys do get a lot of traffic though.

Dammit, I knew I should've kept a low profile. What are the terms of your licensing agreement? Is it based on post count? Can I use it as my ICQ handle as well? What if someone else were to contact me via ICQ, would they be infringing as well?

Is 2,000,000 raw porn hits a month alot of traffic for a company with a staff?
For casino or other mainstreem sites it would be but for porn sites!

That's big time. We'll have to buy at least 150 more sites before we can think of touching Solitaire.

WiredGuy 10-13-2003 12:07 PM

Congrats Rick and the rest of the CJ crew. A great buy and it seems you guys have really perfected your acquisition model by the last few investments you've bought. Way to go guys :thumbsup
