You get what you pay for. I got a 350k double opt-in email list with date stamp, ip, site the user signed up at and time, 3 weeks old. I wouldn't even think about selling it for less then $1k.

i have 3000 million opt ins gathered last week, fresh with ip, blood sample, dna verifyed for highest offer in short uin

i will pay $800 for a list of the home addresses of spammers.
a bonus $200 for the phone numbers of any arsonists/kneecappers/etc who work cheaply.

Believe me, it isn't easy to make money in the bulk email business.
