takes weeks to get ahold of them, I posted a thread about it a few weeks back and alot of people said they dropped em cuzz they cant talk to em.


their emails bounce too. took me several weeks to get my payment info changed.

they run 3 big programs (atleast), and and it takes weeks to get in touch with them?

yea, boss stuck his head in my thread cuzz someone told him about it im sure (I knew i'd have to post a thread to get my shit changed)

still took a week after to get my info changed, and they did not icq me or anything to confirm they did it.

They are a Solid Company but they need to take a leaf outta CeCash's book regarding answering questions
