Almost any hosting company can handle them - providing you are 110% above board. If you start fudging (like sending on single opt ins, or reselling opt-outs, etc) then some companies may not want to face the heat that spamming charges can bring.

Umm, Natnet is a real company... you can actually use that thing sitting on your desk, called a phone. Or you can email them. Check their site, I think they might even have live operator type stuff.
