The top-down hierarchy approach is now only practical for our low-level laborers... As we can see through GFY -- the future of work is more based on collaboration and working independently in amorphous structures (personal and non-personal) -- associates, contractors, friends, organizations, automation tools, information gathering, data mining/analysis/resources, etc... Children being trained in rows of desks getting A-F grades working in this dated, static structure -- it's just obsolete...

Anyway I think public education will always be too lame for my kids -- I'll have to home-school them...
