According to Acacia's info (gleamed from multiple posts, articles, website, etc), if Extreme Pay Checks doesn;t have a license, besides going after them, they said they could go after you for contributory infringement.

Even though you don't host the videos yourself, you are like an accessory to the infringement...whether you make any commissions or not, you are still contributing to the infringement.

Sound absurd? It is, but it's true.
