Converting of TGP Sites

i was thinking of starting a TGP site i was just thinking about it nothing more is it a good investment, and are the any good ways of makeing money with a TGP site ? or what do you advice me to do ?

The hosting is OK,
Desing is no problem.
Script i have.
And i was thinking of buying traffic from this guy:

What do you think ?
Should i start the TGP site or some other ?
