WTF Flying rods???
 

Just saw a show on Space Station on flying rods... hell i just looked it up on google, there's a bunch of sites on them... Anyone ever heard of that before?

Apparently they're flying rods you catch on videotape going really fast. They say you can see them in movies too...

I have seen some strange things up in the sky form the flightdeck window. All of them caused by weather conditions. You can't imagine what you see when a cold air front collides with a hot air front.
From what i have seen on the website it's not that spectacular. Seems to me like a meteor rainfall plaid backwards or something. It certainly isn't any other lifeform :-)
If there actually is any other lifeform with that technology they would have contacted us a long time ago. If you have the technology to develop such things then you sure have the right technology to defend yourself so no point in just flying around on earth without contacting us :2 cents:
