Can you help? I'm looking for a script that I can just paste into an empty html file and it will dynamically update and present a list of contents in the same folder.

I'm trying to limit 'url surfing' in this directory http://www.sexymojo.com/design/samples/ and subdirectories but I still need to use it for my own purposes to find stuff quick and I don't have time to manually update this.
