Nasty Dollars chat links

Anyone tried promoting the chat links of ND?
I did in one of my galleries promoting 8th Street Latinas. The question is, does it offer the user a dialer basically, and I get comission by the minute? and also, does it count second page hits, because for some reason, I'm see very little hits in my stats
