question about affiliate payout checks

#1. who is Diversified Web Systems, Inc. ? I got a check from them, dunno who it is

#2. i have a check from sweet entertianment, i didnt cash it in 2 months. should i just cash it and hope for best? or contact them first?

AFAIK USA checks are valid for a minimum of 90 days, if it's been 2 months since it was written then you should have no problems depositing it.
