Photoshop scintillation effect
 

If you know good examples, i'd like to know where i can get some...

i would a static image, but animated aren't bad either.

If you've got suggestion on how to make it, i am using Photoshop 7.

But the main thing is to see some examples to give me a good idea what it should look.
