I just found that guy on the irc. he has started his own hosting company several days ago, so I suggested him to put his offers here and see if there is any acceptance.
In fact, for now if you burn 100 GB it will cost you 9 euros or something like.

My personal opinion is that he is crazy, but he claims he is not
