Can anyone recommend a host that . . .
 

1. Will set up our site's database. It's the same setup as the one on http://www.hotelsreservation.com . It displays the U.S. states, when you click on a state it displays the cities and when you click on a city it displays the hotels in that city.

2. Mirrors our site

3. Provides responsive _telephone_ customer service.

4. Is based in California.

5. Provides us with current customers we can check with.

#5 might violate the privacy policy of most reputable hosts. However you can certainly search the board for feedback on the host.
