Click tracking software / script

Is there a good one (cheap/free) that can generate accurate reports on how clicks are distributed around my site (what % of surfers click this link or the other), plus can it also track outgoing links (to addresses outside my domain)?

AXS or the PHP one at scriptschool.com or PHPAdsNew (probably the best).
