Getting sig in.

I visited your site last night, found some nice content and the free pic set with a video sale was mighty kind of you. I found a video I wanted, it was obviously miss-priced in both the manual html as well as entered into wrong in the shopping cart. I ordered it via your illegal paypal link to get the extra 10% off that you also offer if you pay by paypal, instead of just butt fucking you and using my credit card and getting the instant download.

I did this to see if you would indeed honor your mistake, or explain to me that it was a mistake you made. Naturally the paypal transaction was accepted rather quickly. This morning I get a refund from you via paypal, with the excuse the shopping cart was broken. This sir you know is a lie, it was just a mistake on your behalf.

Since then you have failed to answer my email I sent in this morning or the email I sent last night from my other address.

Would like for you to know that I only bought the miss-priced one to see how you would handle customer service. If you would have honored your mistake, or at least been honest about it. I was prepared to purchase more videos from you the very next day.

You sir have fucked up, I would recomend taking the loss next time or at least being honest when dealing with customers. Specially over such a small amount of money. That 48.35 just cost you hundreds if not thousands.

This sale sucks for me, anyway. I refuse to use video until Acacia falls. I won't pay extortionists one damned dime. But the $17 sale sounds like it could be nice if you'lll respond to this problem. I just had a content provider do something similar to me because of a mistake in their system (I added a set to my cart and when I went through checkout it only charged me for the $4.95 shipping) and they didn't even refund the money I paid for shipping, so I'd like to hear how you'll handle this.

Tootie, this was not a shopping cart error alone. The price on the page for the samples was also listed at the price I sent. I honestly expected the shopping cart to have the correct price, alas it did not. It was the same price. For the record the paypal purchases do not use the shopping cart, you just send in the paypal money and write the set number in the topic.

Yes I did anticipate this and have screen captures I can load latter if need be. My ftp is currently busy but will gladly spawn a session in the event solid proof is needed. Please note I do not go out of my way to screw with people. I also was going to just let this pass and deal with it via email or icq if he ever responded or authorized me. That is until he bumped this sig thread again.

What happened with me was that I put a content CD into my cart because they claimed that when you registered, you got a free gay amateur CD. So I put it in my cart (and it showed $0.00) but didn't get a chance to complete the order because I got called away from the computer and later forgot about it. I went back a few months later and it was still in my cart, but it was asking me to pay $4.95 shipping, so I thought $4.95 shipping was not too much to pay for it, so I paid via PayPal. Then they e-mailed me and asked me to send $199 for it! They didn't even bother to refund my $4.95 shipping. I need to e-mail them again and see if I can get this resolved, because they are a very good gay content provider, but I can't bring myself to order from them after this. :(

ok, First, let me apologize for taking so long to respond. I am a sales Rep for asianxxxcontent that is handling this sale for this site. I was not available yesterday so I was not able to respond to what was going on.

I am using Brad's Login information for this board, as I have registered on this board twice and have failed to receive my confirmation email. I dont know why, as I have had no problems with any other board. My company does alot of work for many webmasters and we have partnered up with asianxxxcontent.com. Anyways, hopefully someone on this board will manually register my account, so I can have my own login information. I registered probably few months ago. Anyways, lets get on with these issues.

First , I want to make a few things clear. Brad, who shoots the content and is the owner of asianxxxcontent.com, does NOT handle any code issues, or cart issues with his site. My company does all the work for his websites. With that said, let me respond to

I recently modified this cart for Brad and added pswbilling so he could once again accept visa/mastercard. When testing the cart after I have completed the modifications, I priced 1 photo set at 1.95. After everything was running smooth, I completely forgot to change the pricing back on the cart. This was MY mistake, and Brad did not know any better. When he saw the 1.95 order he thought it was a cart mistake, and assumed you would understand. Basically, after reading your posts, you just wanted to push some buttons, and see how we would respond. Well, Brad was obviously the one that communicated with you, not me. He was confused with the order, as he was not aware that I ever changed a photo set price to test the cart modifications.

Now then, YOU are CORRECT, this was our mistake, and I have spoken to Brad about it. From what I understand you have not only RECIEVED YOUR VIDEO SET for ONLY 1.95, but have recieved the FREE MATCHING PHOTO SET.

Now, Freeadultcontent, You seemed like a stand up guy, but what I find very strange is, that you said quote :

I left last night around 7pm or so, I was not avoiding you nor not responding. I just got back online and just got here. I only skimmed your post and will re-read it momentarly. Just saw that you commented about me not responding. Normally I take Sundays off, I shall however look over what you have said and respond to it in my next post.

I just checked my emails, you did indeed answer them now and have sent me download info. I can not admit nor confirm that it contains both sets yet as I have not completed the download of the zip file. I shall presume by your response that it will indeed contain everything you said it does in your reply here.

I have authorized your ICQ request as well as sent an ICQ message to you. Still awaiting your reply to this.

As I stated in my first response, I had a strong feeling the price was indeed a mistake. As I also stated if I was out to screw you out of such a small amount of money I would have just used your credit card payment option and recieved an instant download link instead of performing the transaction as I did. I fully did expect an email from your company stating that it was indeed a mistake and give a valid explanation, if that had transpired I would have just dropped it and relaxed knowing that customer service issues would be addressed. Unfortunatly the response given was flakey at best.

Yes I fully admit like I did when I made my initial post that I was just testing your companies customer service before I placed any serious orders. At the same time though I would have no reason to think besides my gut feeling that the price was wrong in the first place. For all I know it could of been a hidden special or a set that was placed up as a loss leader. I have seen many companies do this, yet as I said before I was pretty sure it was miss-priced. Back to the customer service though. I purchase a great deal of content on a regular basis and I do not sell content myself. I was actually fairly thrilled to find another Asian content provider. Yet by all means I need to be carefull in whom I do business with, specially when contact information is overseas.

I did email your company shortly after the response, as well as added the ICQ number provided during the same time period. I had not recieved any replies from anyone, and then I see your company bumping its thread on here yet again. This is the only reason I posted what had transpired between my company and yours. At that time it was only fair to allow other potential buyers know what had transpired between us, since I had not recieved back a response from your company. Specially since someone had the time to post here yet again without addressing my email.


I do not have a problem with giving second chances to companies or individuals. Mistakes can and do happen, in my book it is how you handle them that counts. I will take what you have responded with as the truth and try other purchases from your company, as I said your content is very nice and that is something that is often hard to come by. You appear to have handled a bad situation in a very noble way, and I am sure others will now take note and it will help in the long term.

Last note, I took my time making this post to allow the download to complete. I think you have some kinks to work out with your download software as the only thing the zip file contained was the pictures, the video files were not in the zip.

Now hopefully we can do some real business with each other.

Correction, I found another email with what looks like the video download information, your sites php sessions were just giving me problems when attempting to get it the first time.
