Well I got to talking with him about this whole patent this patent that crap the other night. Guess what he has a patent to? This is crazy, he's gonna be rich or your all going to be fucked..

He owns a patent that deals with pushing a pedal or button to inject gas into a comustion engine to propel it in a forward motion.

Either they are going to have to all cars go in reverse or they are fucked...

the crazy thing is he didn't relize that you could even sue over that.

a) Patents are only good for 20 years and I am pretty sure the pedal used to accelerate a car has been around for at least 20 years, so you are outta luck here

and

b) Assuming he did just get this patent approved 10 years ago, I am pretty sure it would not be a problem finding prior art to invalidate it.
