epoch has nice support :)
 

so many people on boards complain, so i wanted to do the opposite. we just had compliance (thanks, sam!) from epoch look over and approve our new site. they were fast and they're always nice.

usually it takes me under ten minutes to receive an email back from support, and our rep, isabel, is not only always nice, but she always knows who to ask when she doesn't know something.

i have rarely been treated so well by a company, and i really appreciate it. it makes everything just a little easier.

Yes, Epoch is very fast, usually less than a day turn around time. Most of the time, less than an hour! :thumbsup Their great!

Thats not the impressive part. The impressive part is that your tech support actually knows what to do at 3AM in the morning, and if they don't, they have somebody they can contact to get an answer... that means a lot!
