um why not? how do you expect people to memorize all of the topics you will suposebly be covering? I mean, pen and paper is the ultimate way but, no audio recorders? give me a break

I have to protect my source material from being redistributed all over the web. I think you would agree that it is prudent of me to do so from a business standpoint.
