Is it possible to make a payment from an epassporte to a paypal account?

I just logged into my Paypal account and i don't see any reasons why i couldn't send money to this card ?

It's kind like a Visa right ??

of course not. But you can charge your epassporte account by 'adding creditcard' and in that way fund your paypal

I need the opposite.. Get a payment from paypal to my epassporte account. I think that there's no way to do this except finding a middleman, which is risky.

No, you cannot. The bin numbers on the Virtual card are not accepted by Paypal, this is their decision, not ours. As you may know, they have their own risk management strategies and just like a porn site may block a card from a certain bank or country, they have the right and the ability to do so.

And no, we don't take Paypal Mastercards for funding on ePassporte, since their idea of risk management does NOT coincide with ours.
