sw1911 or hk usp in .45 acp?
Can't decide which is next. Any comments or thoughts or experience you'd like to share? |
oh wow jesus not an easy choice, depends on what you're gonna use it for. the 1911 will be ungainly to carry. i pack a 910 everywhere, a much smaller smith and wesson, and it's still a beast. if it's for carry i would say the HK. if it's for anything else i always stronly reccomend smith and wesson. every gun i have ever used of theirs has been quality. :2 cents:

The sw1911 is a solid weapon and is extremely accurate but it is rather large in comparison to the HK. It comes down to personal choice and what your intentions of use are. I love my 1911 however, I also have the HK with tricon sites and it is a ton of fun. If you want something versitile I would lean towards the HK...besides, there are more accessories for it; laser site, mag mount, mod's etc.
Let us know what you choose. |
never shot an hk in my life... but the 1911 is fucken sweet!!!

The SW is GREAT to shoot and the HK is FUN to shoot... that's my dilemma right now. :)... I'll have to debate this and report back to everyone tomorrow when I decide what to do. |
The HK USP is used my Navy SEALS. It is more of a modern weapon the classic 1911. I have a HK USP, its a fine weapon.

As another option, look at Kimber before you buy. http://www.kimberamerica.com/index2.php
My Custom Royal II has been flawless. Nothing against HK or other manufacturers. I stopped shoppin' when I found the Kinber. |
hk, no doubt.
