google adverts can be country specific thats why some people see it.

btw ebay buys a lot of wildcard traffic from google and overture
so dont assume they bid on "hoes" most likely not

1st list comes up as "Pet Monkey For Sale - Primates For Sale"

eBay buys almost all top ad spots from google. And google trys to match the keyword to a section in eBay and displays that..

Hoes probably comes from the fact google enabled broad matching, which matches Hoes to Homes as a typo.

eBay couldn't care less, they pay a flat fee as far as I know.
