anyone use Cyberage? question for yuo
have my first site and I'm submitting it to cyber age.
do they send me code for the members area and for the membership form (where the surfer puts in their cc info) or am I supposed to find it and copy and paste it from somewhere? :helpme |
i don't use them anymore but as far as i know they sent it to you but you can also find it in your stats page. Sometimes it takes a while before they accept your website tho.
|
you can copy and past the script from their webmasters lounge area, as well as have a copy of the script page sent to you.
|
Have you read about their recent changes? If I were you, I wouldn't use CyberAge.
|
ok thanks all
Sly, I don't know who else to use and someone told me she made great money off her cyberage sites so I figure I'd just use them. doesn't matter to me which one I use, so lmk if you know of a better one. |
log into <a href="http://aux.avsofchoice.com/camspl/wmlogin?refwm=0">Cyberage</a> with your webmaster id and click on "New Scripts" in the dropdown box, then pick your site from the "Pick a Site" drop down box, then click on the script you want.

Marcus look at sexkey. They rock for me. Even after rule changes.
|
Sexkey, eh? Cool. Any other recommendations for AVS proggies that are still thriving after the rule changes?:helpme

what rule change?
I don't know anything about avs, I'm just making sites because I have so much content just sitting on my harddrive and wanted to make some extra $$ with it. |
Cyberage's Changes: http://www.avsprograms.com/forum/ind...=ST&f=2&t=1015
The synopsis I have read on other boards is: apparently when a CyberAge member logs in, they don't go directly to your site anymore... They go to a CyberAge section with tons of content in it, including video upsells, etc... A little text link goes to your actual site and opens it in a frame. The new setup is also causing htaccess problems for webmasters. The reason for these changes is supposedly to make Visa happy and reduce chargebacks? I didn't read that whole thread linked above, and I don't have any CyberAge sites so I don't know any of this for myself, these are just the things I've read elsewhere. Someone else who knows better will probably be able to correct anything I got wrong. |
there are better ones then cyberage
|
Also, many link lists have stopped listing Cyberage sites because of this. Some of us have even taken all AVS sites off our link lists because it is becoming such a pain in the ass.
