I've got a customer asking me about creating a Japanese version of a site we're developing for them. French I could handle, but Japanese!?

Has anybody done a project like this before? Any insight as to the complications we'll run into?

Biggest problem will probably be the language :winkwink:

You mean the writing, correct? Hiragana, katakana and 10,000's of Chinese signs.. I have learnt Japanese years before just for fun.

They might scan the text for you and mark clearly when the lines and paragraphs end.

Oh and it starts on the top right part of the paper and you have to read each lines from top to bottom in the books at least.
