DVD-RW are a waste of money right now.

Especcialy the medium.

7 cents to make $1-$2 to buy.

Unintelligent statment.

Dr. Divx + 2 CD's > Uncompressed DVD rip

(that is if you can handle the whopping $160 for a hardware divx player)

OPEN NERo

turn off wizard
Select "NO MULTISESSION"
put shit on disk
CLICK burn
IN the burn tab theres pulldown box with DIOSK-AT-ONCE/96
select it
and burn
YOu might get an error at teh end
but the CDWill still work...
(And I hope your using a 700MB cd not a 650MB... you'll break your cdrom)

salo18 10-08-2003 04:37 PM

I just drag the files to the CD and burn it.
So i guess your CD-Burner cant overburn.

buddyjuf 10-08-2003 04:45 PM

nero is being a slut, any other programs out there?

quantum-x 10-08-2003 04:47 PM

i can burn 730MB files to a 700MB disc. Overburn in nero should do it, if not, it'll be the media that's restricting you

chowda 10-08-2003 04:48 PM

rar it and split it

Mind disclosing the cost or your DVD-RW burner and does it support DVD+R?

I like Roxio Easy Cd Creator, works fine for burning over on cd-r's and cd-rw's. As for DVD-RW Drives they arent that expensive these days. I purchased my Panasonic DVD Burner - II,(DVD-RAM,DVD-R,DVD-RW,CD-R,CD-RW) for only $130 brand new with year warranty. I like DVD RAM drives because of the high capacity they can hold,(9.4GB), perfect for backing up important data.
