AMBER Alert Law

The ?truth in domain? provision makes it a crime to:

(a) knowingly use a misleading domain name with the intent to deceive a person into viewing obscenity on the Internet

(b) knowingly use a misleading domain name with the intent to deceive a minor into viewing material on the Internet that is harmful to them.

This guy had plenty of documented warnings dating back to 2001 from what I have read. He is nothing but a moron.

Fuck him asking for us to chip in for his legal situation.

He dug his own grave and had plenty of heads up warnings but chose to tell the Feds to go fuck themselves thinking he'd get away with his domain scamming.

Now he's paying the price.
