seems to be a percentage. and if you send BIGG $$ they will give you probs because of terrorism. But under 5 grand it is a great way to pay for content or other services we use. They have great customer service too.

Its a ripoff where I am, I would never use them again.

No it's not. You need to pay per $50. Depend to wich country you send it too. Last time i sond $100 & paid $18 Tranfer costs.
