Just went over a few of the patents the IMPA is citing as prior art in that legal.zip file they made public earlier....


(1987) Patent 4,506,387 --- Programming on demand cable system & method.


(1978) Patent 4,734,765 --- Video/audio information transmission system.


(1988) Patent 4,890,320 --- Television broadcast system for selective transmission of viewer-chosen programs at viewer-requested times.


(1988) Patent 4,949,187 --- Video communications system having a remotely controlled central source of video and audio data.

Will be interesting to see what Acacia say in their defense about the Prior Art Discovery they undertook.

I have been emailing all the news agencies I could think of to ask them if they were aware of Acacia, anyone else done anything similar.

They hired Bobby, from the Practice, who I am SURE has a plan B! lol

edit - actually that first patent was filed in 1983! Not 1987. Wow again.
