Pipe bomb found in second-hand army jacket
Pipe bomb found in second-hand army jacket
A Missouri man who bought a second-hand army jacket got a surprise when he found a pipe bomb in one of the pockets. Jack Emanuel, from Columbia, visited more than 30 shops because he wanted to buy several army jackets to resell at a flea market. Emanuel took the bomb to the Macon County Sheriff's Department where it was dismantled. He said it was about three inches long with both ends crimped and a fuse sticking out of the centre. No one was hurt and no charges have been filed. http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_826864.html |

thanks, my husband is a journalist so it is hard to escape it in this house. I try to post other stuff too ;) |
That's really odd. I mean you would think someone would look through the coat before selling it.

So thats what happened to my pipe bomb.. wife gives stuff away without checking the pockets.. argh.. I bet I won't be able to get that back.. good for blowing up tree stumps.

Damn! Foiled again!
And I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for that meddling Jack Emanuel! |
