Arnold Bashing (He Will Be Cali's Next Gov)

For the record, I don't care if Arnold pushed a schoolbus of orphans into a river, so long as he 1) doesn't do it again while in office, and 2) lowers taxes.

NetRodent 10-07-2003 10:54 AM

Fucking orphans, always suckling at the teat of the state.

Tala 10-07-2003 10:55 AM

Anything's gotta be better than Davis

EZRhino 10-07-2003 11:04 AM

Fuck Davis ......... Thats all I have to say about that.

I cant stand the thought of another career politician in office here. At least Arnold has beaten the odds in most of his endeavors. He's got my vote.

I thought Californian's were smarter people than to even consider this guy as a governor of one of the most powerful and influential states in the U.S.
Bottom line: He's not qualified, period. Not to mention he speaks broken English, has praised Hitler and has numerous other skeletons in his closet regarding women.
Get a grip out there.:winkwink:

marcu5 10-07-2003 12:03 PM

but you dont understand! he's the terminator! he will fix all political problems in california! vote arnold!

[/sarcasm]

Arnold had nothing but a small stake in the company. He had nothing at all to do with the day to day opertations. The founder, Robert Earl was president of Hard Rock Cafe at the time. This was his personal side project, and it made all those involved a lot of money. They just tried to expand to rapidly, by popping up whereever there was an HRC already.

When it comes to movies or rock and roll, most people go with the music...and his business suffered as a result.

Arnold was just a name that people would associate with Planet Hollywood.

You just described the duties of the Governor of California. Congrats.

Just exchange the words planet hollywood with California and read it again.

He praised Hitlers speaking ability. There is a difference between praising someone's abilities and praising the person.

Whether or not you like Hitler, its hard to deny he was a great orator.

That was extremely predictable. He was a major actor and public figure for years, they didn't seem to care then. Now all of a sudden they care?

Haha! Gee, who was behind that smear campaign?

The funniest thing I saw was on a news show last night was another woman coming out and saying Arnold groped her.

The funny part she was reading her accusation from a written out script on a paper and wasn't reciting it with eye contact like you normally do if its genuinely from memory.
