As you know I am in a bitter divorce...The court appointed a "Guardian Ad Litem" to investigate whether or not my porn affected the children of if my daughter knew what I did for a living..

Well the guardian explicitly said in her report that my daughter does NOT have a clue about what I do and that she has NOT seen any pornography on my computer..But apparently, because I have a laptop computer turned on in the living room, my business is "too close" to her!!

Also, she tried to say that I was uncooperative with meeting with her when I paid the court 350 to have the guardian investigate..why wouldn't I cooperate with someone I just paid!..The woman made ONE appointment with me, which I kept and for some reason I didn't cooperate because HER phone wasn't able to get through to me!

She also said that my daughter is quiet and withdrawn at school...But my teacher is willing to testify the opposite and say that my daughter is finally coming out of her shell and in fact, she talks a little too much sometimes..

She ignored the video I showed her of my wife being passed out and intoxicated with my daughter present and said it was because she was "depressed"...She also ignored the fact that I have a protection order on her because the magistrate said that SHE commited domestic violence against ME....But since I copped a plea in the criminal DV case down to a fourth degree DV "menacing"..she's saying that I commited domestic violence!..She ignored the fact that my wife refused to bring my children to the visitation services when she was ordered and ignored the fact that she told them to their face that "He's not the father..he's just the sperm donor"...They also ignored the fact that since I've had custody of the children, I have taken them to that SAME VISITATION CENTER every time they asked so that my wife could get supervised visitation...But since I vent on my website, they try to say that I won't allow my daughter to see the mother when I EXPLICITLY told that woman that I want the mother to be in the children's lives and I did everything in my power to make sure that she saw them..

So now I have to go to court and we have to talk to the magistrate...I have been lied on by that woman and I hope the magistrate doesn't listen to her and will at least consult with the other magistrate who witnessed my wife lie and blatently disobey her orders...I don't know why I have to go in front of a different magistrate now but who knows...So they're recommending that my child be yanked out of school and sent out of state to Wisconsin thinking that I will get every other weekend...but it's too fucking far to get to wisconsin every other weekend plus pay child support!

So I need to make 1,500 somehow as a "trial deposit" to my lawyer and I ain't got it....So I'm asking any of you if you want to get any exclusive amateur ebony content shot by me and what you want....

shit...it wasn't as bad as I thought.....The black man judge came through...They were in there talking about the porn site and the judge said that he believed in the first amendment and that I could run any LEGAL business that I wanted to and the burden of proof is on HER to show that what I'm doing affects the kids...The guardian ad litem said in her report that my child doesn't have a fucking clue so that is that! And the guardian ad litem is also going to have to explain in front of the black man how in the fuck having a laptop computer on in the living room makes my biz too close to the child when there are millions of other sites and things I could be doing on this computer and she already said that the child hasn't seen shit....And my oldest is only 6 years old and I don't let her fuck around on my computer unless I have a CDrom in there or have her at noggin.com or sesamestreet.com..

Trial is on January 16...I'll be able to raise the money by then so disregard what I said earlier....
