Teen Kelly retention
 

This girl is smoking hot, but how well does her site retain? The members area is very poor with only one small update per week, and it seems more like they want to upsell other sites than retain members....

What's your views on this?

Sounds about right to me.

Just got into our full second month with promoting her site.... Our first two weeks promotng her we did 88 sales and we have rebilled 47 for them to date. We started sending her site traffic on the 19th of Aug. so rebills did not start until the 19th of this month of course. Your results may very I guess, but we are very pleased with her retention. Our overall ratio is very good, but we do have an affiliate here and there that for whatever reason... have troubles converting us and need to try a couple different ways of sending us traffic. Most of the time.. its just a simple tweak to get you to our avarage or better. Lets look at what you are going and see if we can come up with a quick plan... I will put you at 100% for thirty days or until we have made up for your traffic that is not doing well for you. Fair enough?

We do have amazing teen/amateur traffic.. nothing magical.. we work very hard at it. :)

Here are some Quick Stats I just pulled.
Site opened 18 Aug 2003

From 18 Aug till 07 Sept we had 1302 joins
From 18 Sept till 07 Oct we have 429 rebills
This is 33% Rebills, Not sure If anyone thinks that is
good or not. I do know, that percent is a lot higher
than what I have with some of the bigger sponsors.

I believe People Join the site to see Kelly, That is what we give them. If the want to see tons of random other porn, the will join a mega site.

We are Planning her First Girl/Girl shoot in the Very Near Future.

33% isn't really that good... Maybe you should update twice a week, add more free liveshows and not try to sell the members every other teen site on the net? That might help with the retention...

I promote sponsors that spend thousands of $$$ on content a month with only 10% or less retention

It's a pretty good ratio, would like to see something in the 40% area though. I suppose it depends on how targetted your traffic is though and these stats are for all your webmasters.

Out extensive numbers come out to be 19% which is pretty low for a single girl amateur site. It is ashame because she converts very well, but retention is not there to justify sending more traffic. ( especially in rev share).

If they would take the time to invest some $$ into the members area, beef it up a lot, it could probably help a lot.
