the last few days i have had a few complaints , on both side coming to me from webmasters or site owners .
I feel this matter needs to be talked on here .

I have had a few complaints coming to me on both sides of the companys that we have or they have had people that are going and more less behind the companys back and hirring the workers on there own and not threw thre COMPANYS then want to complain over , THEY ARE OR FEEL they are being fucked or SCAMMED or what ever . Well my feeling on this matter is OH well you scammed me or them and that is what you get . Both of these compamys have worked very hard to make sure we can get you the best we can get you and do the best we can for you and get the works to you at a great price. But then there has been a few people that thought the pricing at these companys still wasnt that good and went and hirred the workers on there own and now are CRY over it ! well I can not SPEAK for the other guys other then the fact is this IF I FIND A WORKER DOING THIS AT xxxoutsourcing.com THEY WILL BE FIRED ON THE SPOT as well as for the webmaster that did this and then gets fucked or scammed and wants to come back to me WE will NOT take you back !
We have worked very hard to make a good program for many people here and I do not have time for things like this .
I know the owners at Adultoutsourcing.com as well and i am sure they do not care for this matter as well and feel the same .

As i have stated many times , We are not here to bash the other guys but for us all to do the best we can for any one that needs what we have to offer out there !


I hope that ether company can server you and server you well and we can have happy site owners out there that know they got a good price on some great work deeds !

Honestly I have to ask this ....

You didn't see this as a problem in the beginning and work it into your contracts with both the employee and the customers ?


If you didn't this would have been a blatantly obvious thing to me ... The money spent on lawyers to write up contracts clearly reduce situations like this.

this needs to be resolved...but legally, i think i should ask the opinions of GFYers...

Legally unless it's stated as a clause in your contract there is nothing you can do about it ....


The old saying you snooze you lose comes to play here. If that employee(s) meant that much to you then you would have taken the time to protect yourself from employee theft.

If you as a businessman didn't take the proper steps to avoiding this situation then shame on you and you need to make some fast changes and move on with life.

Advice: Use this as a business lesson and move on. I'm sure there are more employees and more clients out there. Just make sure you protect your business this time.

Definitely something that should have been thought of in advance and taken care of. Probably a non-compete for the employees here and overseas would be called for. But then again most likely the employees overseas are treated as consultants at best, unless you pay them a steady salary regardless of whether or not their service is requested during any pay period.

Anyway draw up some contracts, have your people sign them or fire them, and then act upon them afterwards should the problem spring up again.

you should run it like a temp service and allow the companys to hire the person working for them after a certian amount of time..

Give them a way to do it so you can all gain in some way... otherwise it will keep happening, if a company likes who you supply then ofcourse they would want to add them to their team..

why buy the milk when you can own the cow? this is how the companys will see it..

well to tel you and i will not hold back here , i am for the most making this statment at a few webmasters here NOT so much of my employes ,
and to tell you LAW and LEGAL NOT MAKE sit here , no dif then the USA we all know this , if so then why is there so many webmasters so hard core fucked over by guys like GLOBILL !
ether way , we pay our guys very well , and so far we havnt realy had a prob , there is and are GREEDY and CHEAP ASS people all over the world , so that leads to this , we have people here that go behind the companys back and then stop using a company for they go and hire the work them self , for us this can not and will not happen for the legal side i have very much coverd ! and all people will and do know this . It is sad that people and penny pinching that bad and have to fuck a company this way .

I do not and will not hold any one back in life , not my ways , where people are having problems at is this , the workers DO not even have there own pc or there online at home to work , so they are getting pay from the company to do work and then a webmaster is hirring them and they are doing the work on the time they are to be paid to do other things ,
this is the prob , and will try on my end to make sure this never happens , sad to say this but this is a prob in PI , they seem to like to fuck people no matter is it is there own people or a XPACK they not care !
