Seriously though, I am sorry that he got his neck bitten off by a tiger, but at some point in his (and his partner's) life, they should have asked "is it enough yet?"

I know we're all about making money, but these guys have enough money for their great grand children, if they were to ever adopt, of course.

They should have quit the show, years ago, and focused all their time on saving the tigers, all the while living in their phat pad in Vegas...

i look at it this way.. i feel bad for him but i think they forgot a big rule.. u can train an animal for years and years but push come to shove its still an animal.

one of the most well known big cat conservationist in the UK has been attacked numerous times. When I was a kid and thought about becoming a zoo vet (don't most little girls), I read a load of books and they all said to expect to get attacked atleast once by atleast one animal. Occupational hazzard but doesn't make it any less nasty.

I read they had to distract him with fire extinguishers to get him to release him.

I am not looking for it to see the results of a tiger mauling. I am curioous as to see what went wrong. I would be more interested in seeing the moments before the attack and the same part of the show for past few performances. I wonder if the tiger just "snapped' or if there was any indication it was going to happen.

the week that daniel perl was confirmed dead someone posted the video of him being killed on here and people laughed. So, I am sure you can see where I thought you were coming from.

Still, I am sure atleast one news article covered the subject.
