New desk for the office ideas?
 
Hey I am looking for a new desk for my office.. I dont have a lot of space so was looking for something that could possibly hold 5 computers under it easily without takin up too much space and look sweet.. maybe room for two lcds..

any ideas.. lemmme know

definately go modular.... you can build as big or as small as you like, reconfigure easily to fit different layouts, plus it makes for a nice clean studio no-nonsense type environment which helps keep you focused on work instead of being too cozy or home officey which can lead to an unproductive environment.

i used to do that when I was in a one bedroom condo.... had no choice... but the worst thing about that ends up being, you feel like you never get to leave work. It's always there.... right next to you.... even when you're sleeping. The instant you wake up, you're at work again, before you can even take a piss. That's just wrong. If there's any way to move the office into it's own room, that's one of the best things you can do for yourself as someone working from the home. It's not perfect, but it definately helps separate the office from home life a little better.

Yep, definately ... I remember that's how it was when I was in school. You never really feel at home in your office space that way. Another room is a definate must for a howe office. :2 cents:
