All kidding aside why do you want a home like a clebs. If you are goinna go through the trouble of building a home then atleast be a bit original.

Probably built the same way they build any other house. Foundation, framing, plumbing, electical, sheet rock, paint, trim and all the usual shit.

Most probably woudn't be available for purchase in that most are custom built, one of a kind deal..

But if you could buy them, count on paying out the ass.. Typical drawings for a so-so sized house will cost several hundred bucks.. and some are several thousand..
