Personaly Im looking for a good converting design... free content (lots of it)... and good support

Nice conversion ratio, fair payouts and on time payouts also helps if their sites arent saturating the market too :thumbsup

good, fast, helpful and polite customer service is high on my list. Especially after having been the person doing it, I see how important it can be.

Content that is not overly saturated or horrible quality, descent support from the company , anyone not using IBILL ..........

I like sponsors that give free money, for example, DatingGold is giving away $250 to anyone that sends 20 sales or more in October.

Then you need good content/photos
A good design
Easy for them to signup... make it an idiotproof signup process. Problem with some sponsors is they get so tied up in convincing people to buy, they forget that some people get crazy horny and just BUY. Stop burying buy links :)

Good examples of awesome converting sites are Tenn Kelly, Dominique, Brittany Blu etc.

They get the point accross and make you horny and crosseyed enough to buy. So you click like hell to get the stuff and we get paid.

If it converts and it's new... who cares about anything else but th payout at that point? :)
